Waiting List Process at Royal Maine Coon Cattery
Step 1: Submit an Application
Complete and submit the Application Form to express your interest in adopting a Maine Coon kitten. Indicate your preferences for gender, color, and other details. Once submitted, we will review your application and get back to you within 72 hours.
Step 2: Place a Deposit
A $500 deposit is required to join the waiting list. Make a Payment
If you are purchasing a kitten with Breeding Rights, the deposit is $1,000.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash
- Zelle
- Cash App
- Venmo
- PayPal (accepted as donations).
Step 3: Enjoy the Waiting List
Once the deposit is placed, you are officially on the Waiting List. This deposit reserves your place and ensures your preferences are considered when new litters are available.
Your position on the waiting list remains secure and will only move up as others ahead of you select their kittens.
Step 4: Notification of New Litters
When a new litter is born, you will be notified via email, text message, or WhatsApp. You can choose a kitten based on your position on the list.
Step 5: Flexibility with Selection
If no kitten from the current litter meets your preferences, your Deposit can be transferred to the next available litter.
You may remain on the Waiting List as long as needed until you find the perfect kitten.
Step 6: Transition to Reservation
When a kitten that matches your preferences is available, the $500 waiting list deposit will be applied as the PET Deposit for that specific kitten. The kitten will then be reserved exclusively for you.
Step 7: Refund Policy
If you do not find the right kitten within 12 months and no longer wish to stay on the waiting list, you may request a refund of $250.
Step 8: Stay Connected Through WhatsApp
As soon as you place a deposit, download WhatsApp for further updates. Every two weeks, you will receive videos and pictures of your chosen kitten through WhatsApp, keeping you connected to your future furry friend.
